021–3 days

Review & Chat

Goals get discussed, then the file is shopped across top lenders with a walkthrough of the options that fit. Questions are always welcome.

033–10 days

Approval

The lender approves the file with a few conditions, often an appraisal and final confirmations, cleared right in the portal.

04Completion day

Funding

Signing happens with a lawyer or notary, the funds release, and it's done. Support continues for the life of the mortgage.
